A contract will be deemed to exist between the Seller and any duly authorised purchaser at the pont in time that EMPRESS CAVIAR, as owner and operator of this website transmits a confirmation email to the purchaser. The order submitted by any purchaser is deemed to be an offer to purchase products designated within the order itself. Acceptance occurs at the point in time that EMPRESS CAVIAR transmits the aforementioned confirmation email to the purchaser.

Any products that may have been ordered by a purchaser but which are not included in the confirmation email transmitted from EMPRESS CAVIAR shall be deemed not to be a part of any contract.
Products
Caviar is an extremely perishable product. The ideal storage temperature is between -2°C and 0°C. Caviar has to be stored in a refrigerator without the packaging used for delivery.
Caviar must be consumed within the expiry date mentioned on the actual packaging. Once opened, it’s recommended to be consumed within maximum 2 days.
Pricing and availability of products
EMPRESS CAVIAR shall make its best efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information about product availability on this website. Furthermore the images supplied on the product description pages are merely an example of the product available and the actual product which you receive upon delivery may vary from this image.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The price of each item is correct at the time the order is placed. EMPRESS CAVIAR, as owner and operator of this website, reserves the right to alter the pricing at any time provided that the new prices are uploaded at the website.
As any order is processed, the purchaser shall be advised of any products that are determined to be unavailable with all deliberate speed. The products appearing on the website are available but in limited quantities.
